Bookcase Plans, How to Build a Bookcase with 3 Tools
Bookcase Plans – Before undertaking a series of bookshelf plans, before deciding to shop on pre-fab bookshelves, both online and at some discounted furniture stores in the city. My plan is to look at different styles and prices before deciding what to buy. It did not take me long to discover that I really only had two choices on this issue; buy a valuable costly particle board shelf with fake wood laminates, or buy a very expensive wooden bookcase that will stay in my family for the next 100 years. Good stuff that would be nice, but since I cannot spend $ 800 on Ethan Allen right now, I’m really left with one choice: a rather ugly bookshelf. It’s disappointing to think this is my only option.
So now I see some bookcase plans, which means I have to start working on something from scratch. I started to like the idea. Firstly, it’s the only other option I can find to buy expensive ugly bookshelves, and secondly, I like the idea of determining for myself the level of quality (and cost) I want to incorporate into the project. I do not want the bookshelves made of the cheapest materials, but I also do not need the expensive ones. Building my own bookshelf will let me create something between these two extremes. I’ve done a lot of research on the Web, and I’ve found some simple guides to approach this kind of wood project.

Overall, the good news is you do not have to be a hardworking carpenter to pull this thing. In fact, bookshelves are the perfect starter project for someone who has just started building wooden items. Maybe this is a bit more challenging than making a sawmill (which is also a good plan to start with), but I think it’s important for beginners to make something they can enjoy when everything is said and done. So let’s start with some basics for bookcase plans.
Three Tools – I assume that most people who try bookcase plans first they do not have a set of carpentry electrical tools in their store – things like table view, drill, router tables, planets, and all that. What I think first time builders may (and should) have is circular saws, routers, and electric drills. It’s amazing what you can build with just a few tools at an affordable price.
